Our Background:
After eleven years as Chief Executive of Brentford Dock Ltd, one of the largest private residential estates in the UK, David Procter formed a new company, David A Procter & Associates in April 2001. David A Procter & Associates offers a comprehensive service to private investors in residential property.
In addition to many years experience of housing management David Procter is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management.
David Procter is also a Director and Vice Chair of "Hounslow Homes Ltd" the company established by the London Borough of Hounslow to manage it local housing stock under a government iniative to facilitate the improvement of Council dwellings. In 2002 Hounslow Homes was awarded two stars under the governments scheme for Arms Length Management Organisation and has gained access to £90 million for improvements to the former local authority housing stock. Following a further inspection by the Audit Commission in 2005 Hounslow Homes received a Three Star rating with excellent prospects.
From 2004 to 2006 he was Vice Chair of the National Federation of Arms Length Management Organisations and awarded ALMO Board Director of the Year in 2006.
The Company is supported by a wide range of local fully qualified and experience tradesmen to undertake repairs, plumbing, electrical and all issues concerned with efficient property management.
